Here it is… my blog.

Why also blog, now?
For years I kept thinking: “A blog? Who even does that anymore, and what for? Nobody’s gonna read it anyway!”
And suddenly… here I am, with my very own blog. With all the social media platforms out there—Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, you name it—why start a blog now?
Well, honestly, it was Valeria (Dakonde.Art) who planted the idea after a shoot. When I posted our shots on Instagram, she said: “Wow, your captions are really long…” and I replied:
“Of course! It’s about more than just the pictures. A shoot is an experience—it’s meeting new people, creating together, sharing unpredictable moments. There’s just so much to tell!”
Pictures tell stories, that much we know. But with this blog, I want to share the stories behind the pictures.
How were they created? What made this shoot so special? What was the plan, the prep—and why did things turn out completely different in the end? 😉
If you follow me on social media, you know what I mean: I always run out of room in those tiny caption boxes. Here, there’s more space! More space for more pictures, making-of moments, behind the scenes, and the stories in between. That way, everything gets the context a single feed post could never have.
For me, photography has always been more than just “taking pictures”—and that’s exactly what I want to share with you.
Over the years, diving deep into photography (and Photoshop, of course), I’ve built up a fair share of experience. People often ask me things like: “How did you create that color look?” or “How can I make my composite more realistic?” I always try to share what I know—it’s no big secret. I just never had the time to record proper YouTube tutorials. But I’m sure some of those tips will make their way onto this blog.
More space, more pictures, more behind the scenes, and more stories. Finally with all the context they deserve.
And maybe you’ll even shape this blog yourself? Your feedback could bring it to life just as much as my thoughts. Just let me know what you’d like to see or read here—I’m curious where this whole thing will go.
In short: I’m excited!
